Epson Expands Envision Partner Program
Now Offers Comprehensive Support for Disc Publishing Resellers

Long Beach, CA, June 18, 2008
Today Epson, a leading provider of advanced inkjet printing, precision imaging and robotics technology, announced an expansion of the company's EnvisionSM partner program to support value-added resellers (VARs) of its Discproducer professional disc publisher product. Introduced in 2005, the Envision program currently supports resellers in the retail, hospitality, supermarket and financial markets selling a range of point-of-service (POS) technology products.

The expanded program is designed to ensure successful sales and support for the Discproducer product, an integrated desktop disc duplication and printing solution designed for educators, disc publishing service bureaus, photographers, medical imagers and other businesses that need to create professional quality CDs or DVDs on demand. Discproducer enables the creation of personalized disc and label content, making it an ideal and flexible solution for automated disc publishing where high quality customized labeling is required. The additional sales, marketing and educational resources have been created to attract VARs who are successful in the disc publishing marketplace.

"Epson is looking for established leaders, VARs who are already making inroads in the disc publishing arena," said Bud Weist, vice president of sales and marketing, Epson System Device Group. "This program continues Epson's commitment to the VAR channel by providing resources needed to build a strong long-term reciprocal partnership."
